Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VibeNova, including the marketing site and the VibeNova app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, and at least 13 years old.

Coins

VibeNova meters usage in coins. Coins are reserved when a job starts and settled only when a render succeeds; if a generation fails, the reserved coins are returned to your balance automatically. Coins are a usage credit for this service — they are not a currency, they cannot be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be transferred between accounts.

You can top up your coin balance with one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Card, Apple Pay and PayPal payments are charged in USD and processed by Polar, who acts as the merchant of record for those transactions — Polar is the seller for those payments and handles applicable taxes and invoices. Customers in Vietnam can pay in VND by bank transfer or QR through our local payment provider. The price shown before you pay is the amount you will be charged.

Coins are added to your balance once the payment provider confirms the payment — this is usually immediate, but a bank transfer can take a short while. If a payment fails, or you are charged but your coins do not arrive, contact us and we will reconcile it manually. Refunds of coin packs are reviewed case by case on request; unused coins in a refunded pack are removed from the balance.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and of the videos and images you generate. You grant us the limited licence we need to store, process and deliver that content in order to operate the service — for example, sending your prompt to a model provider and writing the result to storage.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or download, including:

• reference images, product photos and videos you submit; and
• content you publish from the app. Respect the terms of the platform you publish to and any copyright that applies to it.

AI-generated output

Generated output is produced by machine-learning models. It can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and similar output may be produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing what you generate before you publish it, for complying with the rules of the platforms you publish to, and for any disclosure requirements that apply to synthetic media in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VibeNova to:

• create content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that sexualises minors;
• impersonate a real person in a misleading way, or generate content designed to deceive;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent limits on the service; or
• resell or redistribute the service itself without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

VibeNova is under active development. Features, model providers and genre behaviour may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance. We may update these terms; if a change is material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for content you generated or published. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
