Privacy Policy

VibeNova is an AI video studio. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. It covers the marketing site and the VibeNova app.

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address, display name and password hash — or, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google returns to us.
• Content you create. Prompts, storyboard text, generated videos and images, uploaded reference or product images, and files you submit for dubbing or downloading.
• Usage and coin data. Which jobs you started, their status, and the coin transactions attached to them. This is what lets us meter usage and refund failed generations.
• Technical data. Standard request logs such as IP address, user agent and timestamps, kept for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To run the service: generate your videos and images, store your results, and let you download them.
• To meter and settle coins, and to refund you automatically when a generation fails.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes data on our behalf

Generating AI video requires sending your prompts and reference images to third-party model providers, and storing the results in cloud object storage. We also rely on providers for authentication, database hosting and queue processing. These processors only receive what is necessary to perform their function. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

Cookies and analytics

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in — without it, the app cannot authenticate you. Our marketing site may also use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand which parts of the page lead to sign-ups. Analytics is only loaded when it is configured for the deployment, and it is never used to build advertising profiles.

Retention and deletion

We keep your projects and generated media for as long as your account exists so you can re-download them. You can delete individual images and projects from inside the app. Deleting your account removes your account data, and we remove associated generated media within a reasonable period. Some records — such as coin ledger entries needed for accounting integrity — may be retained longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@vibenova.site from the address linked to your account.

Children

VibeNova is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
